《SPACE DESIGN·爱丁郡》

在这座日益精致的城市中，人们对有机与松弛的向往愈发强烈。本案是为一位年轻的互联网从业者设计的顶层阁楼公寓。业主在快节奏的工作之余，渴望拥有一个质朴自然、有归宿感的家。在参观房子时，露台上一跃而过的小松鼠成为业主购下此房的关键原因。一人居的状态下，随机出现的小动物、户外优美的景观与家中陈设组合成一个自然、流动的有机住宅。如何模糊空间界限？如何引景入室？如何通过设计为业主探寻更加适合的生活方式？这些问题成为了舍近设计时的核心思考。

In this increasingly sophisticated city, people have a more intense desire for an organic and relaxed life. This case is a penthouse apartment design for a young internet practitioner. Despite the fast-paced work, the owner desired a simple and natural home with a sense of belonging. When visiting the house, a little squirrel leaping across the terrace was the key reason for the owner to buy this house. When living alone, small animals appearing randomly, the beautiful scenery outside the window and the home furnishings will combine into a natural, flowing and organic house. How to blur space boundaries? How to lead the scenery into the house? How to explore a more suitable lifestyle for the owner via design? These questions became the core considerations of SHE JIN when designing the house.

对平日工作繁忙的业主而言，一个多功能的“灵活空间”比一个单纯的“餐厅”更具实际意义。舍近在餐厅设计中，叠加了用餐、水吧、阅读、办公等多重功能。体块穿插的桌子暗藏插座与收纳属性，为居住者在餐厅的多种生活场景提供便利属性。以亚麻为主色调的抽象主义画作与月球造型灯的设置，共同为空间营造增添层次感。在餐厅与露台的边界处，一根高出地面20公分的反梁无法拆除。舍近将其抬高，转化为一个界定内外的“筑体家具”，承担座位及踏步功能。折叠门的收起，消解了空间边界，使露台与室内空间融为一体，同时为餐厅提供了充足的采光以及开放感，景与室在四季的更迭中和谐共鸣。厨房一侧则通过上翻窗和户外卡座的设计，进一步提升了空间的互动体验。通过设计，在此区域可实现多行为和多种场景模式的的切换。弧形顶棚顺应行为动线，在卡座区突出，为该区域遮风挡雨；座台处收紧，使光线可进入餐厅且略遮蔽雨水。阳台区域使用的老木踏面板和红条砖覆盖的墙面，为整个家的气质奠定了温润的基调。在这里，观赏枫树的摇曳，感受微风的轻拂，生活竟成了一个动词。

For the owner who is busy at work on weekdays, a multi-functional “flexible space” is more practical than a simple “dining room”. In terms of the dining room design, SHE JIN overlays multiple functions, such as dining, water bar, reading and working. The table inserted with blocks hides socket and storage functions, providing convenience for residents in a variety of life scenes in the dining room. The abstract painting based on linen color and the moon-shape light add a sense of depth to the space creation.At the border between the dining room and the terrace, there is an unremovable reversed beam which is 20cm above the ground. SHE JIN raised its height to become a “building-based furniture” that defines inside and out, which has the function of both seat and stair-step.The folding door dissolve the spatial boundaries, integrating the terrace with the indoor space, providing the dining room with plenty of light and a sense of openness at the same time, and making the view and room resonate harmoniously in the change of the four seasons. Via this design, the switching of multiple behaviors and multiple scene modes can be realized in this area.The cambered ceiling follows the action circulation and protrudes in the booth area, sheltering this area from wind and rain. The seat stand narrows to allow sunlight to enter the dining room and to shield from rain a bit. The old wood stair-steps and the wall covered with red narrow bricks in the terrace area laid a warm and mild keynote for the temperament of the home.Here, watching the swaying maple trees, feeling the softly flowing breeze, as if life becomes a verb.

舍近将去往客厅、卫生间以及衣帽间的行动路径，设计成自由流动的洄游动线，串联空间功能属性，同时与居住者生活习惯相匹配。客厅顶面保留了原始结构造型，高阔的纵深感将空间营造成一个精神殿堂。选用深色橡木地板和棉麻质地的沙发作为客厅区域的材质，从另一维度的感官上加强了氛围。边缘高起的地台，承载着过渡卫生间与客厅之间的情绪感知的功能。通过隐形门的设计，使客厅墙面完整而细腻。浴缸区由阳台改造而成，顶部采用玻璃封顶。躺卧间便能望向远景、赏月观星。侧窗外为建筑落水口，由于清洁需求无法封闭，舍近用绿植进行遮挡，并在侧面玻璃做磨砂处理，为此处增添了一抹自然氛围。与卫生间相邻的空间为衣帽间，两空间互相流通，满足业主不同时段的使用需求。

SHE JIN designed the action path to the living room, bathroom and cloakroom as a free-flowing closed circulation, connecting the spatial functional properties, matching the living habits of the residents at the same time.The top surface of the living room retains the original structure modelling, whose high and wide vertical feeling creates the space into a spiritual hall. Dark oak floor and cotton and linen texture sofa were selected to be used in the living room area, sensorily strengthening the atmosphere from another dimension. The platform raised on the edge carries the function of emotional perception between the bathroom and the living room. The living room wall looks complete and delicate through the design of the invisible door.The bathtub area is rebuilt from a balcony, and its top is sealed by glass. Lying in the bathtub, you can see the distant views, and watch the moon and stars. Outside the side window is the outfall of the building, which cannot be closed due to cleaning requirements. SHE JIN chose to cover it with green plants, and conduct dull polish treatment on the side glass, adding a touch of natural atmosphere to this area. The space adjacent to the bathroom is the cloakroom. The two areas of space are connected with each other, meeting the use needs of owners in different time periods.

以功能为导向的楼梯，同时极具造型感。大面积的黑色铺陈，并用玻璃砖的通透属性中和其沉闷感。小条砖砌成的立柱将三根水管隐藏在内，左侧置入一个矩形桃木体块，融入猫砂盆的功能。扶手的轻量感，使上下层互动通达。拾梯而上，是主卧和阅读区。天光随坡屋顶的斜窗缓缓洒落，悬浮的隔断式柜体将起居室与卧室软性分割，同时兼具了书籍陈列、雾化壁炉、暗藏空调机等功能，既保证了主卧的半私密性，又使光和空气在空间中自由流动。舍近将卧室区域的楼板抬高至舒适尺度，以取代床架且界定空间，确保左侧仍可直立行走，而床头上方仍有舒适的空间。半夏午后，卧躺于此，感受灿烂的阳光洒在身上。

The staircase is function-oriented, and has a great sense of modelling. A large area of black is used, and the transparent attribute of glass brick is used to neutralize its dull feeling. The upright column built with small narrow bricks hides three water pipes inside it, and a rectangular peach wood block is inserted to its left side, which is used as a cat litter box. The light weight sense of the handrail smoothly connects the upper and lower floors.Stepping up the stairs, then appear the bedroom and reading area. The sunlight sprinkles down slowly through the glass window on the pitched roof. With multiple functions, such as book display, steam fireplace, hidden air conditioner, the dangling partition-type cabinet body separate the living room and the bedroom in a soft way, which ensures the semi-privacy of the bedroom while allowing the light and air to flow freely in the space.Under the condition of ensuring that the left side is still available for walking upright, and that a comfortable space still remained above the bed, SHE JIN raised the floor of the bedroom area to a comfortable scale to replace the bedstead and define the space. In the afternoon in summer, lying here, you can feel the bright sunlight sprinkling on you.

人居于此，仿佛回归了自然，更如同倚于山林之中。这里自有“大隐于市”的清平之乐，让人在都市的喧嚣中，亦能找到一份宁静与和谐。

Living here is like returning to nature, and more like living in the forest. In this space, there is a pure and simple joy of “hiding in the city”, leading you to find a kind of peace and harmony in the hustle and bustle of the city.
