一层为带室外花园的“私人咖啡馆”，为了解决原始空间狭小问题，设计师在外侧搭建阳光房并将室外的花园小道纳入室内作为咖啡操作；在空间内部，大量使用不锈钢、灯光膜、亚克力等材质增加现代空间的轻盈感；地下室包含影音室、手作区、客卧、储藏室等功能。在面积及其有限的情况下，按照功能私密与开放的属性进行分区。银色不锈钢为影音室，营造“C”型包裹感，此外与之相连的是以桦木板为主的手作区；

四层以开放空间为主题，包含玄关、客餐厅、厨房以及客卫；加强原始结构中的梁柱作为玄关的装饰之一，尽头处的三块磨砂玻璃构成半透明墙体，两者虚实结合同时兼具通透性；在玄关的换鞋凳处设置“悬挑”造型，延续了梁柱的穿插关系；餐客厅之间设置了一个通高空间，通高空间的右侧墙体悬挂下来形成电视的背景墙，同时划分了餐客厅区域；在室内利用4-5层贯穿的通高空间模拟“小天井”，一方面增强了上下楼的互动性，另一方面为室内增加采光，让室内保持明亮；餐厅靠墙一侧设置了整面墙的柜体，柜体中央内凹成为餐厅的卡座，柜体靠近楼梯的一侧结合窗户设置了悬浮不锈钢景观台，成为楼梯的对景；客厅区域由通高空间的悬挂墙与楼梯的下挂墙围合而成；

The right wall of the double-height space hangs down to form the background wall of the TV, and divides the dining room area.In the interior, the use of 4-5 floors through the full-height space to simulate the "small courtyard", on the one hand to enhance the interaction between the upper and lower floors, on the other hand to increase the lighting for the interior, so that the interior is bright;The cabinet of the whole wall is arranged on the side of the restaurant wall. The central part of the cabinet is concave to become the booth of the restaurant. The side of the cabinet near the stairs is set with the suspended stainless steel landscape platform combined with the window, which becomes the opposite scene of the stairs.The living room area is formed by the hanging wall of the double-height space and the hanging wall of the staircase;

五楼主要为住宅的私密区，包含主卧主卫、儿卧、老人房、次卫以及洗衣间；主卧风格延续极简，在床头区域结合功能设计了一些块面穿插；此空间以桦木板包裹，在业主未成家前作为书房使用；外侧连廊多使用穿孔铝板，遇阳光会在墙体形成光影；
